ACM: Aluminum Composite Material: This is an exterior grade 3MM sign board with a black plastic core and a .020" thick aluminum face on both sides. We often use this material to cut shapes for the awards. It has a semi gloss Brushed Aluminum finish that flatbed prints with almost anodized look due to the inks being semi transparent.
ALUMINUM: Solid 5051 sheet aluminum: This material is CNC cut out of the .125" thick sheet stock for some of our higher end awards. This material is generally sanded down to 180 Grit using a Air powered DA before its primed and Flatbed Printed.
MTO: Made To Order: When you see this on our site it means the item is built to your specs once an order has been placed. Your getting an award that is customized with your choice of special fonts, you can request your own colors.

FONTS: A font is the Text Style of the lettering. We have a set standard fonts to choose from on most items but other fonts are available on certain products or can be requested in the Notes section of your order. Not all fonts work well for all products especially when typing on a curve like the the Wood Clay Rockers can't use Script Fonts and some wider fonts also look funny on a curve.
