Masterfully Crafted from Premium Materials
Every Mega Shell award is a testament to American craftsmanship. The primer and head are precision-machined from locally sourced Wisconsin Black Walnut hardwood, showcasing rich, natural grain variations that make each piece entirely unique. The body features a flatbed-printed .020" aluminum casing, meticulously formed through a slip roll into a tube and secured with an ultra-durable two-part urethane glue. Topped off with an authentic crimped edge to perfectly simulate a fired round, this award delivers an unmistakable weight, texture, and prestige.
